Princeton University students found bed bugs living in their residential facilities, reinforcing yet again that bed bugs don’t discriminate when infesting.
Several students were displaced because of the bed bugs, which were reportedly brought into the living facility on a piece of furniture. According to The Times of Trenton, the residents living in the infested facility were given new housing while their belongings were exterminated.
Whether it’s a dorm, apartment or stand-alone house, bed bugs are always a threat. Protecting your belongings is a key way to prevent the pests; Protect-A-Bed recommends using bed bug-proof luggage during travels to avoid an infestation while on the go.
