Kentucky bed bug infestation “as bad as it gets”

A Kentucky woman recently suffered from possibly the worst bed bug case in years, as nearly everything in her home, ranging from purses to lampshades, was covered by thousands upon thousands of bed bugs. And, as if it couldn’t get any worse, the woman was also hospitalized because the bed bugs were causing her major health problems.

Michael Potter, a professor of entomology at the University of Kentucky, told ABC News that this infestation is “about as bad as it gets.”
