Reports of bed bugs in college dorms seem to have increased recently. Chadron State College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are among the most recent. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln alone reported a total of 54 dorm rooms with bed bug infestations.
Mattress and box spring encasements are great ways to help prevent bed bugs from spreading to other areas of a dorm. They can also help detect a problem before a full infestation occurs. Protect-a-Bed makes Student Bedding Protection Kits that feature a patented BugLock, three-sided zipper and innovative Secure Seal, which locks the encasement in place. The AllerZip bed bug mattress cover is also bed bug escape and entry proof. Visit Protect-A-Bed’s website for more information on how to protect your sleep zone from bed bugs.
This video explains how the Student Bedding Protection Kit works to keep your sleep zone free of bed bugs.

Frank the BedBug Chaser again and I saw this in Pest Management & Green Lodging. There is now an economical way for hotels, exterminators or anyone for that matter to use clean 100% Chemical Free & Green electric heat to get rid of bedbugs
