Summertime spike in bed bug activity

Bed bugs thrive in the nooks and crannies of warm, small spaces, such as furniture and fabrics. As temperatures climb this summer, bed bug activity could increase, according to entomologist Jeffrey White’s national bed bug population study. Cleveland gears up to fight surge in bed bug numbers

Due to a large increase in bed bug numbers, Cleveland police will be distributing spray bottles to officers, containing bed bug killer. Cleveland’s Channel 5 reports that the spray kills the bugs on contact and is safe to use. OSU pest repellent study doesn’t deter bed bugs
